1 Chicken Breast 1 cup of Pasta, 1/2 cup of Potatoes, Marinara Sauce 2 Asparagus
MEAL 5:
1 Chicken Breast 1 cup of Pasta, 1/2 cup of Potatoes.
MEAL 6:
1 Chicken Breast, 1 cup of Whole Wheat Pasta.
MEAL 7 (Bedtime):
1 Whole Grain Bread 2 Spoons of Lactose Free Cottage Cheese.
