2 Sandwich Breads 1 cup of Tuna 3 Tomatoes.
MEAL 4:
1 cup of Pasta 1 chicken Breast cup of Alfredo.
MEAL 5:
1 cup of Whole Wheat Pasta 1 Chicken Breast Olive Oil 1 Orange cup of Honeydew.
